NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 089981CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC is Plaintiff, and ABEL ARCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ABEL ARCE IF ANY; MISTY CLEEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MISTY CLEEK IF ANY; ANY and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; VALENCIA LAKES AT ORANGE-TREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 9 day of May, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, VALENCIA LAKES, PHASE 4-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 32 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the street address of: 2644 Citrus Key Lime Court, Naples, FL 34120.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
