notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-08443 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Barry Lionel Moss, as Co-Trustee of the The Bluegates Trust dated October 10, 2003, Kate Crowley a/k/a Kate Donovan Crowley, as Co-Trustee of the The Bluegates Trust dated October 10, 2003, Kate Crowley a/k/a Kate Donovan Crowley, Barry Lionel Moss, Naples Winterpark IV, Inc., The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Bluegates Trust dated October 10, 2003, and Any And All Unknown Parties Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknowns Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 2008 UP, NAPLES WINTERPARK IV, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1218, AT PAGE 952, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
