notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-04199 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, f.s.b., is the Plaintiff and 3D Real Properties LLC, Douglas A. Dawe, Rebecca A. Dawe, 1st State Bank, Dorothy N. Dawe, Frank A. Dawe, Jennifer J. Dawe, Vanderbilt Community Association, Inc., and Waterford at Vanderbilt Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO.104, BUILDING 3, WATERFORD AT VANDERBILT CONDOMINIUM NO.1, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2494, PAGE 1836, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 8231 PARKSTONE PLACE #104, NAPLES, FL 34120
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
