NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of April 2012, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-036414 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL HERNANDEZ, BANK OF AMERICA, NA, MARISEL HERNANDEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 10th day of May, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN 348 FEET NORTH AND 364.1 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 21, RANGE 28 EAST, RUN WEST PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 11, 304 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 11, 116 FEET; THENCE EAST 304 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 116 FEET TO THE POINT OG BEGINNING, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS PURPOSES OVER THE NORTH 12 FEET OF THE SOUTH 464 FEET OF THE EAST 364.1 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 21 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
