NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 04, 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002813-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.,) is the Plaintiff and ALICIA COBIELLES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICIA COBIELLES; JOSE COBIELLES; BELLA TERRA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 05/08/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 205, BUILDING 1, BELLA TERRA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8056, PAGE 1458, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
