NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-015585-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and GUSTAVUS WILSON A/K/A GUSTAVUS O. WILSON, et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 11, HIAWASSEE OAKS UNIT 4B, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 94 of the Public Records of ORANGE County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
