NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash online via www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on May 4, 2012, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Unit No. C, J.D. QUADPLEAX CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 2415, Page 435, and as amended thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
