TRUST 2006-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7, is the Plaintiff and ALEX A. DIAZ A/K/A ALEX DIAZ; MAUREEN DIAZ are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on May 11, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
