NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 11 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-58581, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and TAN NGUYEN, REFLECTION LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT (S), UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A PAUL HALGESON and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TAN NGUYEN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 11 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 129, REFLECTION LAKES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
