NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 5 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-050446, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and HOWARD FOSTER, FOXMOOR LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., CONCETTA FOSTER and unknown tenant (s) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Bearings are based on the South line of the West on half (W 1/2) of the Southeast one-quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 36, Township 43 South, Range 24 East as bearing South 89Ëš21'53” East.
