NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 9, 2012 entered in CASE NO. 11-CA-002926 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and COURTNEY L. GALES AND SANDRA A. GALES, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 9 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK A, TIMBERWALK AT THREE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 65 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
