NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 4th day of April, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-054663, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which, OXFORD FURNISHINGS, LLC., a South Carolina limited liability company, JAMES F. MCPARTLAND, DENISE C. MCPARTLAND, and ESSEX FURNISHINGS, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, IBERIABANK, as successor in interest to Orion Bank, FSB is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 4th day of May, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
A tract or parcel of land lying in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 46 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, also being in Government Lot 2 of said Section 1, more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the Southwest corner of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 1; thence N 89Ëš08'15” E along the South line of said North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 for 441.71 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue N 89Ëš08'15” E along said South line a distance of 600.00 feet to the intersection with the Westerly right-of-way of U.S. 41 (S.R. 45) Tamiami Trail; thence N 31Ëš32'00” W along the said Westerly right-of-way for 300.03 feet; thence, leaving said right-of-way, run S 89Ëš08'15” W for 102.94 feet; thence S 66Ëš29'41” W for 210.69 feet; thence S 86Ëš19'07” W for 148.24 feet; thence S 00Ëš21'23” E for 169.66 feet to the point of beginning.
