TRUST 2006-HE7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE7, Plaintiff, and, Gregory James Schiek, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 9:00 AM, on the 2ND day of JULY, 2012, the following described property:
