Notice is given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 10 day of April, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-053989, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which FIRST COMMUNITY BANK OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com 9:00 AM on May 10, 2012, the following real property as set forth located in Lee County, Florida:
A tract or parcel of land lying Section 19, Township 45 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, which tract or parcel is described as follows: From the northwest corner of said Section 19 run N 89 degrees 09' 13” E along the north line of said Section 19 for 813.25 feet to the east right-of-way line of Metro Parkway (125 feet) as recorded in Official Record Book 1714, page 3745, Lee County Records; thence run S 00 degrees 41' 36” E along said right-of-way line for 300.00 feet to the point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run N 89 degrees 09' 13” E parallel with the north line of the northwest quarter of said Section 19 for 578.73 feet to the east line of the northwest quarter (NW-1/4) of the northwast quarter (NW 1/4) of said Section 19; thence run S 00 degrees 53' 27” E along said east line for 101.74 feet; thence run S 88 degrees 59' 52” W for 575.93 feet to said east right-of-way line; thence run N 00 degrees 41' 36” W along said right-of-way line for 103.27 feet to the Point of Beginning.
