NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 12 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-055753, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and GENEVIEVE J. COLE, DAVID J. CLARK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID J. CLARK, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GENEVIEVE J. COLE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 48 AND 49, BLOCK 994, OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 117 THROUGH 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
