NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Amend Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed September 24, 2010, Nunc Pro Tunc and Reset Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 12 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-013801, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and JUAN C. ZAMORA, JOHN DOE N/K/A GENE RAFAEL, JANE DOE N/K/A QUE RAFAEL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIRIAM HERNANDEZ A/K/A MIERIAM HERNANDEZ, MIRIAM HERNANDEZ A/K/A MIERIAM HERNANDEZ and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUAN C. ZAMORA are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
