Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 10 day of April, 2012, and entered in case No. 11-CC-007194 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ASTON GREENS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHELLE McNAB-HEMANS and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR HOMEFIELD FINANCIAL, INC. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 19, Aston Greens, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 52, Pages 79 - 84, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
