NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Amend Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure filed on March 31, 2012, Nunc Pro Tunc and Set Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 12 day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-054045, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and CONSTANCE MCMAHON A/K/A CONSTANCE EVERSULL, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CONSTANCE MCHAMON A/K/A CONSTANCE EVERSULL, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CONSTANCE MCMAHON A/K/A CONSTANCE EVERSULL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 5925, CAPE CORAL UNIT 93, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 1 THROUGH 21, INCLUSIVE IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
