NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment filed April 4, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-CA-060171 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein RICHARD W. PRINGLE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL M. STRAYHORN; and RICHARD W. PRINGLE, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE MICHAEL M. STRAYHORN PROFIT SHARING PLAN AND TRUST EFFECTIVE AS OF JANUARY 3, 2003, is the Plaintiff and FRANK HELMERICH, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE; FRANK W. HELMERICH, II; KENNETH D. GOODMAN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HWY 80 INVESTMENT TRUST DATED JANUARY 9, 2006; J CRAIG REITAN AND KAREN M. REITAN; and PASSARELLA & ASSOCIATES, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Lee County Justice Center Complex, 2075 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Second Floor Civil Office Lobby, in Fort Myers, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8th day of May, 2012, the property described below, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 and the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 36, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida.

Less and Except a perpetual non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress, road, and utilities purposes over and across the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida: the North 60 feet of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
