NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 29, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2010-CA-054669 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 7th day of May, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 3692, UNIT 50, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 155 THROUGH 162, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT 2008000160038 RECORDED ON 06/16/2008 AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
