S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the owners of Terwin Micro Asset-Backed Securities, Series 2007-QHL1, Plaintiff and Tyrone Lamont Jordan a/k/a Tyrone L. Jordan a/k/a Tyrone Jordan and Laurice L. Jordan, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 8, HALL'S CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
