NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 31, 2011 and an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 28th day of March, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-005189, DIVISION: 020, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2005-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff, and DAKESIA E. CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAKESIA E. CAMPBELL; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 2nd day of May, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, WHISPERING PINES ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
