NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-000903, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and BERNICE BISHOP; ALEXUS MOLINA, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH BERNICE BISHOP, TRUSTEE AND NEXT BEST FRIEND; SABRINA WEBB, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH BERNICE BISHOP, TRUSTEE AND NEXT BEST FRIEND; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT NO. THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of May, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 62, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3258, PAGES 641 THROUGH 714, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 THROUGH 28, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
