NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2453CI-019 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of Renaissance Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-3, is Plaintiff and Eileen R. White, Town Shores of Gulfport No. 210, Inc. and Marie Carvana, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 4th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
All that certain land situate in Pinellas County, Florida, viz: Lancaster House Unit 109 from the Condominium Plat of Town Shores of Gulfport No. 210, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 52, 53, and 54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed November 22, 1972 in O.R. Book 3929, Page 622, as Clerk's Instrument No. 72-147866, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided 1.0911% share in the common elements Appurtenant thereto. Together with Parking Space No. 82, neither insured or Guaranteed.
Located: 5925 Shore Boulevard South 109, Gulfport, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
