NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-11025-CO-039 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NEWPORT NO. 23, INC. is Plaintiff, and DORIS M. COVERT; MARGARET A. COVERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARGARET A. COVERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORIS M. COVERT and REGIONS BANK, D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 205, Newport Building, TERRACE PARK OF FIVE TOWNS NO. 23, a Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5057, Page 798 and any amendments made thereto and as recorded in Condominium Plat book 43, Pages 106 through 108, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 6070 80th Street N., #205 St. Petersburg, FL 33762.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
