Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2011 and an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 12, 2012, entered in Case No. 10-017155-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, in which TD BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and AMERICAN EURO DESIGN, INC., a Florida corporation, PETER A. CLAUSS, PATRICIA O. CLAUSS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA o/b/o U.S. Small Business Administration are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of May, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accorance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

A portion of Lot 1, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 8, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas Groves, Inc., as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida:
From the Northeast corner of Section 8, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, as a Point of Reference, thence South 00º01'29” west along the East line of said section 40.00 feet; thence North 89º45'11” West, parallel to the North line of said section 338.01 feet; thence South 00º00'49” West, 310.09 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue South 00º00'49” West, 170.00 feet; thence leaving said line North 89º45'23” West, 322.91 feet to the East line of Ulmerton Baby Farms Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 11, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence North 00º00'05” East, along said line 170.00 feet; thence leaving said line South 89º45'23” east, 322.95 feet to the above mentioned Point of Beginning.
Reserving a 15 foot drainage easement over and across the Westerly 15 feet thereof.
Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all water and riparian rights, wells, ditches and water stock, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described (all refererred to as Property).
