Notice is hereby give, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff entered in this cause on the 13th day of April, 2012 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the properties situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1, CITY OF TREASURE ISLAND BLOCKS 2-4-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 AND REMAINDER OF BLOCKS 1 AND 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 19 THROUGH 22 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; and commonly known as 255 104TH AVENUE, TREASURE ISLAND, FL 33706;
including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 5th day of June, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property onwers as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
