Schmidt are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 109, WILLOWBROOK I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 29 THROUGH 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4175, PAGE 83 TO 137, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
