Uvieghara and Mabel A. Uvieghara, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 17, WEST CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
