NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-013206 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, Plaintiff and Godwin O. Uvieghara and Mabel A. Uvieghara, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 17, WEST CENTRAL AVENUE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
