NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-000378-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U. S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-HE7, Plaintiff and Leslie Hobbs and Graham Hobbs, Her Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 5, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
