NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 12, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-002999-XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Mark A. Ferguson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on May 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK N, RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
