Ferguson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on May 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK N, RIO VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 51, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
