NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated April 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-012671-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Albert J. Tiede, Jr. are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on June 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 11, FAIRWAY VILLAS AT FEATHER SOUND, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 85-86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
