Unit Number 57, Building Number 4, of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CYPRESS ESTATES CONDOMINIUM UNIT TWO, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 41, Page 53 through 57, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5012, page 1951, including any and all amendments attaching thereto or therefrom, all in the Public Records of PINELLAS County, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 285 Cypress Lane, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 25, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
