NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 20, 2012, in Case No. 2009-CA-018634 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corporation, successor by merger to AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS SPEZZA, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 8th day of May, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 164, PHASE 12, LA PUERTA DEL SOL, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH A AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LA PUERTA DEL SOL RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 1 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4670, PAGES 1457 THROUGH 1593, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
