NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 2105, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CORDOVA GREENS THIRD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Records Book 4105, Page 71 ET SEQ., Official Records Book 4764, Page 602; Official Records Book 5131, Page 1340; Official Records Book 6735; Page 69 and Official Records Book 7489; Page 826, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Page 37 ET SEQ., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2105 Cordova Greens, Largo, Florida, 33777.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 25, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
