NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated April 09, 2012, entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 005331 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein RBC Bank (USA) f/k/a RBC Centura Bank is the Plaintiff and Matthew R. Webster, Unknown Spouse of Matthew R. Webster, Kingsfield Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on, May 15, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK F, KINGSFIELD, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 32 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
