NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 12th day of April, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein William L. Manfull, Unknown Spouse if any, Of William L. Manfull, Suntrust Bank, a Georgia Banking Corporation, Iberiabank, a Louisiana Banking Corporation, Successor in Interest to, And Assignee Of The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, As Receiver Of Century Bank, F.S.B., Brasota Mortgage Company, Inc., a Florida Corporation and WilsonMiller, Inc., a Florida Corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of May, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:

The West 94.00 feet of the following described parcel:
Begin at a point lying 497.48 feet East of and 16 feet South of the Northwest corner of U.S. Government Lot 1, Section 16, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence run South and parallel to the West line of U.S. Government Lot 1, a distance of 191.45 feet to a notch on the face of a seawall cap; thence in a Westerly direction, run along said face of seawall cap 228.7 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction, along said face of said seawall cap a distance of 32 feet to the end of said seawall with its intersection with the mean high water line; thence continue on the mean high water line 26 feet, more or less, to a point 260 feet West of and 144.62 feet South of the Point of Beginning; thence run North and parallel to the West line of said U.S. Government Lot 1, a distance of 144.62 feet; then run East 260 feet to the Point of Beginning. Together with all lands, if any, which lie between the above described property and the mean high water line.
