NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 008077, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and PATRICIA MENDOZA and; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA MENDOZA; JOSE SILVA, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against PATRICIA MENDOZA or JOSE SILVA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE SILVA; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, an Illinois corporation, as Subrogee of HELEN F. SECHLER; BARRINGTON RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
