NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment and Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 2, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005457, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association, is a Plaintiff and K.T. SSON, INC., a Florida corporation; PEGGY OLSSON, an individual; RICHARD K. OLSSON, an individual; 301 PARK OF COMMERCE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation; and ANY UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, or as soon as the sale may be had, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the 3rd day of May 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
