NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002108, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DAVID A. SEELEY; JOSEE SEELEY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 10th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Northeast corner of Section 9, Township 37 South, Range 22 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence South 89 degrees 37' 40” East, 1517.13 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19'17” West, 302.49 feet; thence North 80 degrees 52'34” West, 843.28 feet for a point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 13'55” West, 2146.00 feet to the Northerly maintained right-of-way of Clay Gulley Road; thence South 86 degrees 33'46” West along said Northerly maintained right-of-way, 203.40 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way, run North 00 degrees 13'58” East, 2146.00 feet; thence North 86 degrees 33'41” East, 203.39 feet to the point of beginning. Lying and being in Section 9, Township 37 South, Range 22 East, Manatee County, Florida.
Together with a 2002 Fleetwood, Waverly Crest 0765B, 30.0'x75.0', Vin #FLFL170A29503WC31 and FLFL170B29503WC31, “Which is affixed and attached to the land is part of real property which by intention of the parties and upon retirement of the Certificate of Title as provided in 319.261 FLA Stat., shall constitute a part of the realty and shall pass with it.”
