NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated January 18, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-010326 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DAVID ARNOLD A/K/A DAVID L. ARNOLD; SHARON ARNOLD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A DOUGLAS HARLAND, and TENANT #2 N/K/A RENEE HARLAND are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

LESS THE NORTH 25 FEET FOR COUNTY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 906, PAGE 676 OF SAID RECORDS, RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
