NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 4, 2012, and entered in 41 2011 CA 005564 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and RONALD BELSER JR.; ECHO BELSER; MILL CREEK VII ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on MAY 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7046 OF MILL CREEK PHASE VII-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42 PAGES 106 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
