NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2012 and entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-002206-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EMIGRANT MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JEANETTE GARBUTT and GEORGE W. GARBUTT are the Defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M., on the 23rd day of May, 2012, the following described properties as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
PARCEL I:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK L, SHADOW LAWN SUBDIVISION, DADE CITY, FLORIDA ACCORDING TO PLAT AS FILED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 66, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALSO ALL THE UNPLATTED LAND LYING EAST OF SAID LOT 5 THEREOF IN SAID SUBDIVISION.
PARCEL II:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK K, SHADOWN LAWN, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH UNPLATTED LAND LYING EAST OF THE SAME ALL BEING IN THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST.
