NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated March 28, 2012, entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-000044-XXXX-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and John C. Lam; Sandy C. Lam; Scott J. Johnson; Yiyi Johnson; Little Creek Townhomes homeowners Association, Inc; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M., on May 29, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 94, LITTLE CREEK ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
