NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 3, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-000998-XXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and MARINA TORRES; ALFONSO TORRES, SR. A/K/A ALFONSO TORRES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WESTBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 11, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 3A AND 3B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 74, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
