NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-003337, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and GUILLERMO MACHADO; OLGA MACHADO; ROLANDO GARCIA; ERICKA GARCIA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 4, ROLLING OAKS ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 23 THROUGH 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO THE RIGHTS IN FAVOR OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS DISCLOSED BY THE WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN ORB 8160, PAGE 1247, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
