NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-003290WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and WAYNE MCINTOSH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE MCINTOSH; IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE; AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; THE VERANDAHS AT PASCO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR UNIVERSAL AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 190, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
