NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 10, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001571-XXXX-ESJ4, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and JAMES J. LALIBERTE; LIGIA FERNANDEZ ; THE LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A NICHOLE AGOSTINO, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1902, BUILDING 19 OF THE LAKES AT HERON COVE CONDOMINIUM PHASE VII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 89-92 AND FURTHER BEING DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6255, PAGE 887 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
