NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002572, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2003-7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-7 is the Plaintiff and MARIFE QUESADA; RAMON J ARRAZCAETA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM FOUR, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of May, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to a judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 101-G, BUILDING 11, IMPERIAL EMBASSY CONDOMINIUM IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 673, PAGES 669-749, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
