NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-008877WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOYCE MAY; DEUTSCHE FINANCIAL SERVICES AS ASSIGNEE OF GANIS CREDIT CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; JOYCE M. MAY AS TRUSTEE OF THE JOYCE M. MAY LIVING TRUST DATED JANUARY 30, 1998; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TINA BALDWIN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of May, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 180, SAN CLEMENTE EAST, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK11, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
